Training and Refund Policy

NTI has conducted computer forensics training sessions since 1996 for Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, law enforcement agencies and foreign governments. Since that time NTI has trained well over 2,000 individuals and NTI's training courses have become very popular. They have also been mentioned in numerous publications and books, e.g., Computer Forensics, Incident Response Essentials, by Kruse and Heiser and Computer Forensics, Computer Crime Scene Investigations, by John R. Vacca.

The training courses are highly technical and they are unique. As a result, these courses fill quickly and many times students names are put on waiting lists. For these reasons, the following policies have been adopted to avoid problems that have occurred in the past:

Not Open To General Public

Our computer forensic training courses are not available to the general public. NTI limits its computer forensic training courses to large corporations, law enforcement agencies, government agencies, military agencies and others who have a demonstrated need. Priority is given to law enforcement agencies and to corporate clients with which NTI has a computer forensics and/or computer security business relationship, e.g., a computer evidence outsourcing relationship.

Advanced Payment Required

Our training classes are limited to just 22 training seats. We have adopted this policy to ensure the quality of the training experience. To guarantee a training seat in a specific class, tuition must be paid in full. Training seats can not be reserved without prepayment of the tuition in the form of a check, credit card, government purchase order or Fortune 1000 purchase order.

Refund Policy

NTI will assist clients who encounter scheduling problems. In that regard, we will gladly make substitutions when tuition has been prepaid and we will also do our best to accommodate scheduling changes. Advanced notice is required concerning scheduling changes and every attempt will be made by NTI to fill the seat with a replacement. In the event the training seat cannot be filled or in cases where advanced notice is not given, refunds will not be made. However, NTI will provide the student with licensed copies of any software that would have been provided to the individual had they attended the course. Last minute cancellations deprive others from these popular training courses.
