Sean Barry

Sean Barry is employed as a Computer Forensics Specialist in our Computer Forensics Laboratory and in that position he has been involved in the discovery of evidence in numerous civil litigation law suits. He has also participated in NTI's computer forensics training classes as an instructor and has conducted training in locations in the United States and Singapore.

Sean joined NTI in 1999 as a professional intern and he has worked hard to demonstrate his unique skills and talents in the computer forensics field. Sean came to NTI with a vast amount of computer experience but he wanted to learn more about computer forensics and its application in computer security and computer related investigations. He has worked in all three divisions of NTI and an extended period of time he acted as our Senior Technical Support Engineer for NTI's product line of software products. During that time he has assisted hundreds of our law enforcement, military, government and corporate clients around the world. Because of his front line experience, training, quality work product, management skills and attention to detail, Sean understands the unique needs of our clients and knows computer forensic processes and procedures extremely well.

Mr. Barry's technical background includes a year as the IS Manager for one of the nations' premiere property management companies. Prior to that he worked for Microsoft as a Technical Support Specialist, on the web response team for Windows 95 and Microsoft's Internet products. He also spent several years providing support and database management work at the nations largest marketing services agency in the Event Registration Department. This included on site support at events for several large high tech companies.

Mr. Barry received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN. He has also supplemented his education by taking computer science and criminal justice classes under NTI's professional intern program. Mr. Barry has also completed NTI's 5 Day Forensics Course and he finished first in the class. He also holds a Professional Development Certificate in Computer Forensics from Oregon State University.
