Litigation Support Services

New Technologies, Inc. was created in 1996 by the computer evidence experts that developed the original computer forensics training courses for the United States Treasury Department. They are also the experts that train the military and law enforcement trainers. NTI proudly supports some of the largest law firms in the United States, over 140 Fortune 500 corporations, all branches of the U. S. military and more than 7,000 law enforcement computer crime specialists around the world.

Unlike some of our competitors, our computer evidence consultants are NTI employees. We retain outside consultants to process computer evidence infrequently and most of our computer forensics specialists are federally certified. Some hold U. S. government Top Secret Clearances. Also, our computer forensics experts are well positioned as leaders in the field of forensic computer science. Our founders were instrumental in the creation of the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS) in 1990 and they developed the original training courses and certifications for IACIS and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC).

Our software developers have developed some of the top computer forensics tools which are used in computer-related investigations and computer security risk reviews by numerous corporations and government agencies around the world. NTI's computer evidence expertise has been the topic of articles in InfoWorld Magazine, the National Law Journal, New York Law Journal, Computer World Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, CNN, ABA publications, The Associated Press, The Los Angeles Times, U. S. News and World Report, CIO Magazine and many other prestigious publications. Our Client List is impressive and it attests to NTI's leadership position in the computer evidence field.

NTI has expanded its consulting capabilities to meet the litigation support needs of large civil litigation law firms. NTI currently provides consulting services to some of the largest civil litigation law firms in the United States. If you have a need for electronic evidence discovery or computer evidence processing services, it only makes sense to go with the industry experts. NTI stands ready to assist large law firms that specialize in civil litigation. We have a fully staffed, secure, 4,000 square foot computer evidence processing laboratory. NTI brings more computer evidence processing expertise and e-discovery strategy experience to the marketplace than any other firm in the world. Our service offerings, in the litigation support area cover:

As stated above, NTI has created a large 4,000 square foot plus commercial computer forensics laboratory in Gresham, Oregon. The computer forensics laboratory provides low cost computer evidence services to NTI's law firm, corporate and government clients. Due to economies of scale, NTI can provide volume discounts to large law firms who have computer evidence processing and expert witness needs concerning computer evidence issues.

NTI is well positioned to deal with computer evidence issues for its law firm clients. However, because NTI supports thousands of law enforcement computer specialists, we do not provide our consulting services to criminal defense lawyers. If you have computer evidence needs, don't hesitate to rely upon our world-class staff and our computer forensics laboratory. We stand ready to provide the best computer evidence and computer forensics consulting services in the industry.
